I am officially 26 weeks into my pregnancy, where did the time go? I think time might be flying by because I’m not counting everyday of the pregnancy like I did with the first. I think I would go nuts if I counted everyday or even every week for that matter, I’m very anxious for baby girl to join our family! I’m feeling great these days and I’m already forgetting what it was like to not feel so great. It sure is a blessing that it’s possible to forget those nasty days. I’m now starting the phase of feeling “pregnant” in every sense of the word. For some strange reason my stomach keeps on protruding, and even growing what feels like exponentially at times. It’s starting to get difficult to clean the house like I normally do, and becoming quite difficult to get up and down a million times a day. So far I have gained only a few pounds, which I contribute to the fact that the lounging days are officially over, due to an ever growing toddler.
My pregnancy has been very healthy thus far and the doctors have no concerns. Due to the fact that we don’t know for sure why Spencer came 5 weeks early there really isn’t much the doctors can do to prevent or even predict the outcome of this pregnancy. The consensus between doctors and many people is that Spencer most likely came early due to my Gallbladder problems, but again we don’t know for sure. My doctors have advised me to plan on having a full term pregnancy and to not worry or stress too much. My doctors have been so reassuring and comforting; it’s a blessing that I am able to see these well trained doctors. As difficult as it may be I just need to wait it out and see what happens. If I do in fact have a full term pregnancy I am most concerned about whether or not I will know I’m in labor, especially if my water doesn’t brake this time. My labor was very fast with Spencer (about 6 hours total), that is the reason I am concerned I won’t know when to go to the hospital if contractions are the only warning sign of labor. I can tell you right now that both Brady and I will be sitting on the edge of our seats towards the end of the pregnancy. Both of us will be questioning whether or not baby girl will come early. The uncertainty will make for quite an interesting wait at the end. I’m really looking forward to the day when she will finally arrive!

You look so good!! What a beautiful pregnant woman!
Good luck as you near the end. I am sure things will go well and we will pray for that too.
Take care.
Dang, you look HOT! haha. So skinny! (besides the baby of course, but she's supposed to be nice and big) =)
Megan, you look so cute! It will be so fun to have the baby shower for you in a few weeks!
Are you going to be home at all before the baby comes? We need to give you a shower here! I didn't get to go to your 1st shower (for spencer) because I was on my honeymoon!!
And hey, don't stress. My mom had me on the way to the hospital, in the car...and everything turned out fine. Of course, there's no way you'll do that! We were 2 hours from the hospital, and my mom's labors are usually about an hour. Crazy!
