Now, I can understand the need to take the first bite out of a crayon, after all one must know what such an item tastes like. I can even understand the need to take a first bite out of the many different colors, they must taste different right? What I don't understand is the need to continue to munch on the same colors of crayons over and over again. If you have taken a bite out of a crayon, as I have (yes recently, my curiosity got the best of me) the experience isn't very pleasurable. So I pose a question to toddlers who like to snack on crayons, why must you snack and snack on these waxy treats? If only I could read the minds of such toddlers, perhaps there is something to learn in eating a crayon or two or four...I for one will never know.

To Munch on a Crayon...
We are feeling a bit cabin feverish today due to the snow and cold weather; we are ready for the warmth. I have had to be very creative in my activity choices as we have had to stay inside these last few days. Today's choice activity was coloring with crayons on Mickey and friends coloring pages. And of course Spencer's choice activity following a good coloring session is to eat the crayons. This choice activity of his really made me ponder.

We eat crayons too at our house and they are so tasty! I so wonder why that is!! Spencer is getting so big and is so dang cute. It was so fun to see you the other night. I did not even say good bye...how rude am I!? Good luck with graduation!
I don't know about the taste - never tried em - but I love the smell of a new box of crayons. There is nothing quite like it.
