Spencer had his first birthday party with the Catherall family. My Grandma and Grandpa Catherall were gracious enough to host the party for Spencer at their home. We invited everyone from the Catherall side, who live in Utah. It is always so fun to get together with family. Spencer had so much fun at his first birthday party. He opened lots of fun presents and ate his first chocolate cupcake. The eating of the cupcake was quite entertaining. Spencer wasn't hesitant at all; it was as if he was meant to love chocolate. He didn’t even look at me as if to say “mom, what is this thing that is in front of me and what do I do with it?” Instead, he dove right into the chocolaty deliciousness knowing full well that this cupcake was meant for devouring. He made quite the mess of himself as well as me, as it should be. It was the perfect first birthday cake moment a mother could ask for; especially a mother who loves chocolate cake! Thank you to everyone who joined us in celebrating our buddy’s first birthday.

Hey big guy still going out in history? Let me know how things are going and when you'll be graduating. If you plan on staying in Utah I'll try to help you get a job.
