As a new mother I can hardly believe my own eyes that my little baby is growing up so fast. It feels like just yesterday that Brady and I were rushing to the hospital praying that everything was okay with our little buddy. Now he is our one year old stud exploring the vast world we brought him into. He is such a happy and healthy boy, which we are so grateful for. He loves to play, imitate his parents, clap, walk around furniture and he especially loves to be sneaky. He is always reaching for new heights and succeeds at exploring the world through his mouth (he will even take the occasional bite out of his mommy and daddy). He has taken the phrase “take a bite out of life” very literally. We feel so blessed that Spencer is a part of our family. I now understand what true joy is all about. To me joy is family.
