I bought a double jogging stroller a couple of weeks ago and I'm in love! Brady has a very busy schedule with school and work. He is gone most days from 8:00am - 7:30pm. Without a second car, Spencer, Abigail, and I are stranded at home most days. At this point it's not worth it to me to drive Brady to his many destinations and many miles just so I can have the car. It will be a different story when Brady has a career and only one destination. For now, we will enjoy my jogging stroller and its many benefits.
Both Spencer and Abigail love riding in the stroller. Abigail sleeps most of the time while Spencer names the many things he sees on our journey. I have been walking a couple of miles a day and have really enjoyed this exercise. I have always enjoyed walking; there is something very therapeutic about this form of exercise. During our walk we stop at a park so that Spencer can play and get his wiggles out. I usually have to feed Abigail at the park, but I have gotten very used to and comfortable with the idea of nursing in public (with a nursing cover). We have really been enjoying this beautiful spring weather and especially enjoying the time we spend outside of the apartment. I am on my way to reclaim my pre-baby body. It will be a long while before I see major results, but I believe I have realistic expectations now. Here’s to a renewed opportunity for growth and development.

I love when I get to go on walks with you! We should do that today when I get home if the weather is tolerable.
