Gardens
On Saturday, May 9th we decided to make the trip up to Thanksgiving Point to enjoy the beautiful Gardens there. Before this we never had the chance to see their gardens, so we decided it was time. We are so glad that we chose to finally go because it was absolutely breath taking! The grounds were lush with green grass and spotted with what seemed like millions of flowers. We spent most of the day walking around enjoying the scenery and of course chasing after Spencer. Like I’ve said before Spencer loves to be outside, mainly because he can run around for miles on end. They even had a garden specifically designed for children to explore; Spencer quite enjoyed this adventure. I myself loved the fact that in the children’s garden I didn’t have to watch his every step to be sure there were no flowers underneath: trampled flowers=sad flowers. After our garden adventure we were all exhausted, Spencer fell asleep as soon as we buckled him in his car seat. Nature has a magical touch when it comes to sleep, I love it.

Your photos are gorgeous, as usual. Did you find the Secret Garden? I love going to Thanksgiving Point - glad you made it. How's about you go with me sometime?
These are some great pictures! It looks like you are learning that camera really well. I love the close up shot of the tulip with the background out of focus.
Is the tree in the background of the single tulip shot in black and white?
Aren't the tulips at Thanksgiving Point so beautiful?! We had a great time too when we went and definitely will be coming back next year.
