Our Weekend With The Shaws

We had a family filled weekend, my favorite kind of weekend. Brady's parents came up to Utah for our nephew's baptism and niece's baby blessing. Friday night Brady's parents, Kevin and Randi's family, Brady, Spencer, and I went out to Red Lobster to celebrate my birthday (yum!). Brady and I tried some crab legs for the first time; I loved it, but Brady did not. Then Saturday we woke up early to go to Carter's baptism and Bella's baby blessing. It's always a treat to be a part of experiences such as these. I especially love it when children gather around to watch the baptism of another child. It was so adorable because this little girl wanted to watch Carter's baptism, but she didn't want to sit close to the water, so instead she stood and held onto Brady's leg (Brady was one of the witnesses of the baptism). Brady is totally a dad now, even little kids know it and feel comforted being next to him (I wish I could have taken a picture). Brady, Spencer, and I had so much fun spending time with the Shaw family. We love family!

I can't get over how cute Spencer is! That hair is so much fun! And it's so fun to see Brady having so much fun with his little boy!
