We have been living life in the fast lane lately. I finished my Spring term at BYU in the middle of June and now I'm taking a break for the rest of Summer...well a break from school at least. Brady on the other hand is taking 9 credits this Summer semester and working full time, what a hard worker! I would just like to take a moment to talk about my hubby. He has made me so proud, he has been doing so well in school (he has a 3.8 GPA). He has always done well at anything he puts his mind to. Plus these grades where all accomplished while he was dealing with a pregnant me, a newborn and growing baby, and working. He even makes time for me and Spencer in his busy schedule. We love him!
Continuing with life in the fast lane, the rate at which Spencer is growing is exponential. I can hardly believe that he will be 1 year at the end of July. Where has this year gone? One moment we are holding our tiny little baby in our arms and then the next moment we are chasing our little buddy all over the house. It's such a beautiful time, really! I love being a mom, it has been such an enjoyable experience for me.
Spencer is doing really well, he has been standing and pulling himself up on furniture for about a month now. He is in this stage where he can pull himself up, but he doesn't know how to sit down once he is standing. So as you can imagine our day is full of standing Spencer's and Brady's and Megan's flying to Spencer's rescue once he realizes he is stuck. He is also in this cute stage where he likes to mimic sounds and mouth movements. Just today Brady was making his silly elephant noise (which I still can't figure out), the next thing we know we here Spencer trying to make elephant noises with his lips. It was the cutest thing. Even though I'm sad to see our little baby grow up so fast, it is such a joy to watch him become older and wiser. We love our little buddy!

Such a cute kid! I agree that your blog background is very cute! I never seem to be satisfied with ours and often change it and then still don't like it and then change it again...it's a vicious cycle I tell you. I need to just know where to go I guess to find the cute backgrounds!
OMG!!! Spencer is SO FREAKIN ADORABLE!!! I can't wait to see him again! It has definitely been way too long! I hope to be able to see u sometime soon after me and James get back from tour =) I love u!! Hope your 4th of July was good!
